My name is Shayla, but most people call me Shay. I'm 35 years old and I currently reside in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I live with my boyfriend, Kenzie, and our two adorable feline companions, Sooz (Suzanne) and Beatrice. 

By profession, I am a full-time legal assistant. While I do find my work intellectually stimulating and fulfilling, I yearn for a creative pursuit that ignites my passion.

Ever since I can remember, I’ve always been a creative spirit. I had a plethora of creative hobbies everything from painting, drawing, pixel art, and decorating houses in the sims, to designing logos and layouts for guilds in Neopets. 

I’ve spent so much time wishfully thinking about sharing my creative side someday. Daydreaming about crafting the masterpieces in my mind. 

Now everything is coming to fruition. I’m acting on my dreams. I want to be the one bringing my ideas to life. Getting my creations into the hands of others. Sharing pieces of myself with the world. That brings us to where we are now.
